Website Forms, Storage & Retention

Information submitted through our website forms is securely sent to our business email using Resend. Enquiry details and any uploaded photos may be retained by Resend and our email provider in accordance with their service arrangements. We keep business records and correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, bookings, legal obligations and dispute resolution.

Disclosure & Service Providers

We do not sell or trade personal information. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to provide services, operate the website, process enquiries, obtain professional advice, comply with law, or protect safety and legal rights. Providers may include our website host, Resend, our email provider, insurers and professional advisers. These providers may process information outside Australia depending on their infrastructure and service arrangements.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. No internet or email service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please contact us by phone if an enquiry contains information you would prefer not to send online.
